Teamwork means everything to us at McGann. Our experienced staff places a premium on leadership, planning and communication. We pride ourselves on our ability to develop team with a coordinated game plan involving the owner, design and construction team members. Our project managers have developed outstanding relationships to ensure that value, quality and service are represented in our subcontractor selections.
McGann Team
The McGann workforce features some of the state's finest craftsmen with an outstanding safety record. Included in our field is a group of rising stars - who exemplify the McGann philosophy of teamwork and safety. The McGann workforce is led by Brian Lehr who has over 30 years of construction experience. Nine superintendents have been with McGann for a combined total of 176 years; five foremen have a total of 94 years. Our field consists of fully trained carpenters and two fully trained concrete crews.

Our philosophy is to reward the lowest responsible bidder with the understanding they place the same emphasis on teamwork, quality, value, service and safety.
