McGann Construction was founded in 1988 by Howard Padley and Bryan McGann as "Padley-McGann Construction." Howard retired in 1994 and Bryan kept the company name until 2001. Our mission and core values have remained constant - to deliver quality projects to our clients and establish outstanding relationships built on trust, honesty and integrity.

The ultimate expression of trust is repeat business. It all began with the College Park Apartments - a 63 unit student housing development in Madison, WI. The developer was Fred Rouse. Sixteen years and six projects later, we are delighted to be working with Fred on the Cortland Commons project and to know we still have his trust.

McGann Construction, Inc. specializes in multi-family/senior housing structures along with senior care/assisted living projects. Our expertise is extensive and includes commercial office/retail projects, public works, institutional buildings, banks and religious work. We have successfully completed a number of commercial additions including restoration and rehabilitation work.

As one of only seven Accredited Quality Contractors (link to ABC) in Wisconsin, McGann has earned a strong reputation for service, quality and extraordinary value throughout South-Central Wisconsin.

Our workforce consists of outstanding carpenters, two fully trained concrete crews and eleven superintendents with over 200 years of collective construction experience. We self-perform work in the areas of concrete foundations, flatwork, rough and finish carpentry, steel erection, windows and siding.
