Green Initiatives / LEED

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System encourages the implementation of sustainable practices for building and development through a universal set of performance criteria that has been adopted and accepted throughout the world. McGann Construction is a member of the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance.

Aaron Kostichka, a project manager/estimator with over 6 years experience at McGann, is LEED certified. He will work with you to identify your sustainable goals and ensure that sustainable practices are followed on your project. He will work closely with you to assess how to best spend your resources to gain maximum value and certification. There is a cost benefit relationship that exists with achieving LEED certification. We will work with you on this analysis.
